A.C.E. Building Service has completed a project for Parker Hannifin in Manitowoc that will help the manufacturer continue to develop a healthier workforce. The project involved construction of a new shower and locker room, including a handicap-accessible shower, toilet, and locker facilities. The new area is an enhancement of the company’s existing fitness area and provides employees with more convenience while encouraging wellness.

As design/build contractor, A.C.E. developed several possible layouts to make the most efficient use out of existing space within the facility. The final plan replaced an area in the facility that was not being fully utilized and offered little disruption and impact on existing operations. Additionally, A.C.E. handled all permitting, state plan approval, and project management of all sub trades and vendors.

Incorporated in 1963, A.C.E. Building Service is based out of Manitowoc, WI, and provides commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease – to Northeast Wisconsin.
