Denmark State Bank has selected A.C.E. Building Service for a complete interior remodeling project of its Whitelaw branch. The project, which started in early December, will focus on the interior of the building and include new lighting, ceilings, flooring, casework and wall treatments.
The bank will maintain access for customers while the remodeling is taking place. However, during work on the front entrance and lobby area, customers will need to access the bank through the side entrance on the north side of the building. In addition, the drive-up teller will be in service throughout the duration of the project.
The project will be completed in a series of phases, with the final phase wrapping up in March of 2014. This is the fourth remodeling project A.C.E. Building Service has completed for Denmark State Bank, which has six full service banking offices serving primarily Brown, Kewaunee, Manitowoc and Outagamie Counties.
Incorporated in 1963, A.C.E. Building Service is located in Manitowoc and is celebrating its 50-year anniversary in 2013. They provide commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease – to Northeast Wisconsin.
