A.C.E. Building Service in Manitowoc has completed the design and construction of a new 7,000-square-foot facility for Brad Dahmer Motorsports. Located in the Town of Sheboygan, the new structure will serve as a race shop and secure storage facility for the fabricating and racing company.

The new ButlerTM building includes frame racks, lifts, and work bays for multiple race cars and bikes, allowing owner Brad Dahmer to have the much-needed space to work on several vehicles at one time, as well as efficiently store and maintain his racing equipment. Additionally, its design offers an abundance of natural light and features high-efficiency lighting and controls. The structure is topped with a long-lasting MR-24 metal roof system. The race shop allows expanded capacity of Brad Dahmer’s neighboring business, D&H Sales and Service, at 1434 N. 38th Street.

Incorporated in 1963, A.C.E. Building Service is located in Manitowoc and is celebrating its 50-year anniversary in 2013. They provide commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease – to Northeast Wisconsin.

Brad Dahmer Motorsports, established in 1990, offers a wide range of racing equipment and supplies, in addition to chassis design and fabricating services.
