A.C.E. Building Services in Manitowoc has started a new building project for Pre-Heat, Inc., in Oostburg. A.C.E. was selected as contractor for the 8,703-square foot conventional steel building, which was designed by Plunkett Raysich Architects, LLP, of Milwaukee.
The facility is an expansion project that will house a new 20-ton overhead crane and provide the Oostburg manufacturer with better material handling and efficiency in the production of their industrial duty heat exchangers. The project will be completed by year end.
