A.C.E. Building Service in Manitowoc recently completed a metal reroof project for Cedar Crest Specialties in Cedarburg.
The project involved installing Butler Manufacturing Company’s MR-24 standing seam roof system over the existing roof on Cedar Crest’s maintenance and ice cream warehouse. “This is a long lasting roofing solution for Cedar Crest, to upgrade to the MR-24 metal system,” explains A.C.E.’s Doug Schwalbe. “The MR-24 is a durable, weather-tight system great at protecting a building from the elements. The benefit to Cedar Crest is an end to their leaky roof headaches, plus we were able to install this re-roof in January without any interruption to their business.”
A.C.E. completed the 22,500-square feet roof system earlier this year.
Cedar Crest Specialties’ main office and distribution center is based out of Cedarburg. They also have a plant and retail ice cream parlor in Manitowoc and a distribution center in Rice Lake.
Founded in 1950, A.C.E. Building Service is located in Manitowoc and provides commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease.
