Todd Gorter and Mike Frozena of A.C.E. Building Service attended a 2008 Wisconsin Building Code seminar in Madison to learn updates and changes in the International Building Code (IBC) that were adopted by the state. Information provided will help A.C.E. ensure adherence to IBC code. Updates for 2008 included new requirements for assembly uses (churches, restaurants), as well as code changes for existing building upgrades.

By attending this annual code update program, A.C.E. is also able to stay current with building code requirements and how to best use the code for customer projects.

Founded in 1950, A.C.E. Building Service is located in Manitowoc and provides commercial and industrial construction services – including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof,
facilities maintenance, design/build, and build/lease – to the Lakeshore counties.
