Stan Johnson and Doug Schwalbe of A.C.E Building Service were able to learn about the latest trends in design/build construction at a national seminar presented by the Jack Miller Network in Orlando, Florida.
Held in late January, the program outlined new developments in design/build construction (using a single source for the design and construction of a building project), including advantages to customers and steps to ensure a successful project. Presenter Jack Miller also discussed creating feasibility studies for clients considering a building project, as well as assisting customers with their building financing needs.
A.C.E. Building Service was incorporated in 1963 and is located in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. They provide commercial and industrial construction services to “Wisconsin’s Lakeshore” counties, including new buildings, expansions, renovations, metal re-roof, facilities maintenance, concrete machine foundations, design/build, and build/lease.
A.C.E. is a member of the Jack Miller Network, an elite group of more than 675 professional contractors from 49 states and Canada. It is the commercial construction industry’s premier networking organization.
